I gratefully read these and believe them by applying them to my life. Know deep down that I’m loved. Know that nothing will happen to me that will truly harm me because God is my protector. Know that Yahweh is my Shepherd! Affirm these truths morning and night (and every moment that needs it).

1. I am loved! (“There is no fear in love”).

2. I do not fear! (“When I’m afraid, I will trust in you”).
